My motors condition hasn’t updated on the portal even though I have taken the measurements.

Please confirm that the data has actually been uploaded into the portal by ensuring that you have a working internet connection.
If this doesn’t work, please contact the ABB Smart Sensor Support in the Smart Sensor app or web portal.
