My smart device doesn't seem to be able to find the ABB Ability™ Smart Sensor!
- Please see the smart device requirements here.
- Please restart the application on your phone. If this doesn't work, please check if your phones Bluetooth® is working (for example, try finding other users smart devices via Bluetooth®).
- Close your Bluetooth® connection, open it and try again.
- If none of the above steps works and all seems to be in order with your smart device, we advise you to contact ABB Smart Sensor Support in the Smart Sensor web portal and follow the instructions.
