In case of a problem that requires our assistance, please submit complete description of the trouble you’re facing, your email address and files that might relate to the problem or to its solution. ABB Smart Sensor Support team will contact you shortly.
- To ensure the problem is dealt most efficiently, please include the motor ID in the problem description on problems related to the sensor, app or specific motor. If it’s missing, other identifiers might also help in resolving the problem.
